Easing Gently Into 2022

I’m uncharacteristically resisting the urge to mark the “days until” all our major farm events coming later this year… just not quite yet. I’m resting, waiting, holding fast. I’m making sure to fill up my own cup, breathing deeply in my own oxygen mask, soaking in the quiet I can find now, so that I can walk into this bright new year with grace overflowing into the lives of those I touch instead of starting out worn thin by the constant hustle.
We have huge dreams, big plans for Triple Wren and for our family in 2022. Will there be disappointments? Sure. Failures? Likely. Unmet expectations? Almost guaranteed.
But my mindset and outlook now will determine a lot about how I receive and navigate the joys *and* the sorrows that are coming. In light of that, for once I’m easing my mind and my body into the year, and so far? No regrets. ????
