No. As is noted on each item in our online store, once an order is placed, we cannot add or subtract items. If you want any additional items not included in your original order, please place a new order. We do not combine shipping and reduce charges on separately placed orders or on orders from different sales.
At checkout, you have the option to choose an April or May ship date for your dahlia tubers. April orders will ship throughout the month of April, 2025, and May orders usually ship the second week of May each year.
Each year for our USA store, TWF holds an online dahlia pre-sale in August/September, a bigger online dahlia tuber sale in early winter, and a spring online sale in March or April. The tubers from all our USA sales ship to U.S. addresses in the following April/May. We require that every customer read and agree to our Terms and Conditions before purchasing a product from Triple Wren Farms.
Our first-ever Dahlia Tuber Sale for Triple Wren Farms Canada will be in early February, 2025, and tubers will ship in April, 2025 to Canadian addresses. (Learn more here!) We require that every customer read and agree to our Terms and Conditions before purchasing a product from Triple Wren Farms.
Tubers and Rooted Cuttings will not ship in the same orders. If you order both in the same, you’ll be charged for two separate shipping rates and the packages will be shipped at different times from two different shipping areas at our farm.
We ship dahlia tubers, live plants, seeds, and gift products to both the U.S. and Canada.

To login, click the person icon to the top right on a PC (or the three lines on the left on mobile) using the email you used at checkout. Shopify may send you a code to verify your identity. Then you will be directed to your account page with all your past orders, their details, and your profile information.
Yes, you can cancel your order up to two weeks before your requested ship date. Please email us at [email protected] with your request. We will refund to your original payment method, minus a 15% re-stocking fee.
We are a dahlia farm that sells products we grow to home gardeners. Since 2019, we have chosen to pay royalties to our Legacy Hybridizers as a way of honoring their creative contributions to the dahlia community. However, we do not manage our Legacy Hybridizers’ brands, businesses or products. Currently only one of our Legacy Hybridizers (Santa Cruz Dahlias) has a trademark in place that affects how their products may be reproduced and sold. Questions about reselling their products should be posed to the hybridizer directly via the link from their website www.santacruzdahlias.com/trademarks.

Yes! Each summer we undergo multiple WSDA inspections. Additionally, we have been a registered nursery in WA state since 2012 and have regular live plant inspections. We have been licensed to ship our products to Canada since 2023.
We are closed to visitors until summer 2025. We are not offering any events or open farms days in 2024. We are not open for drop-in visitors. We are a working farm with deadlines and schedules that we must keep, so we do not make exceptions for drop-in visitors.
Tissue Culture Rooted Cutting orders will ship in late March and April, 2025. Please watch the email account you use to place your order for specific shipping info/notifications, as ship dates will be weather dependent for each U.S. growing zone and each Canadian growing zone. If you live in a place where the temperatures fall below freezing overwinter, you will need to dig up and store your tubers over the winter. All U.S. orders ship via USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail. Canadian orders ship via Canada Post via Xpresspost or Expedited Parcel.
Please note: Packages returned to Triple Wren due to the USPS’s or Canada Post’s inability to deliver (whether from inaccurate address info provided to Triple Wren or other delivery issues) are ineligible for a refund of shipping fees and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
We are fully booked for reservations to take photos in the flower fields for summer and fall 2024.
Our online store is set up as “first-checked-out, first-served.” We typically experience extremely high volume during the first few hours of our tuber sales, and items may sell out within minutes. As items sell out quickly, they may disappear from your cart without notice.
Yes! We guarantee that our seeds will grow and are true to variety, or your product will be refunded. When you plant your seeds, please follow the detailed growing instructions we include with your shipment. If they fail to sprout within 4 weeks after planting, please email us immediately at [email protected]. We are not responsible for weather issues, pest damage, or poor customer care. Seed problems must be reported by 3 months after purchase. This guarantee is limited to the purchase price of seeds only, and does not include shipping fees or liability or damages from losses resulting from crop failure. Reselling seeds originally purchased from Triple Wren Farms voids any and all guarantees on the seeds.
Yes! Terms & Conditions: We guarantee that our dahlias will grow and are true to name, or your product will be refunded. Please plant your dahlias immediately after your USDA growing zone‘s last frost date, and follow the detailed growing instructions we include with your shipment. Your dahlias should sprout within 5 weeks after planting. If they fail to sprout within 6 weeks after planting, please email us immediately at [email protected]. We are not responsible for weather issues, pest damage, or poor customer care. Problems must be reported by August 1 of the year they were ordered. This guarantee is limited to the purchase price of tubers only, and does not include shipping fees or liability or damages from losses resulting from crop failure. Reselling tubers originally purchased from Triple Wren Farms voids any and all guarantees on the tubers.
We do not offer You-Pick flowers or a Farm Stand at the farm at this time.
We have seen an increasing amount of orders being marked “Delivered” before the package actually arrives at its destination. If your package does not arrive within a day or two of being marked delivered, please follow up with your Postal Carrier or Post Master.
