My favorite color is green – and at the farm there is SO MUCH GREEN throughout the year! Gourds, amaranths, herbs, foliage, fruits and nuts…. Green is the foundation of everything we create.
We’ll plant gourds the first week of May, most of everything else is already happily sprouting or growing on in trays in the tunnel.
I love the cycle of life, the planning ahead (although that’s been a little tricky lately, yes?!), and the hopefulness of it all.
