Dahlias star here at our farm in summer and early fall, but this pastel palette feels perfect for Easter! Instead of cradling these blooms right now, we’re beginning to ship dahlia tubers from the farm next week. (Yay!) The amazing metamorphosis that occurs when these gnarled potatoe-y roots grow into lush green growth and produce indescribable flowers is as unlikely and astonishing as it is wonderful.
