Sierra Glow Dahlias

April 6, 2020

So, I believe we’ve finally solved a mystery at the farm: I bought Hamari Gold dahlia tubers a few years ago, but…. the blooms didn’t look like I expected. It was one of our most-requested dahlia tubers from farm visitors and social medial viewers, so we built up our stock and decided to offer it as an unnamed “Peachy-Salmon Dinnerplate” dahlia for shipping this spring. That’s a great descriptive name, but I’ve been digging to understand exactly what we have here, and I’m happy to say I think we now know! If you bought this tuber from Triple Wren this spring, it’s going to come to you stamped as both “Peachy-Salmon Dinnerplate” AND “Sierra Glow.” Mystery Solved!Β

We’re sold out for this year, but check back in with us this fall on September 12, 2020, for our dahlia pre-sale to score some of these beauties!
