Ewe are welcome at the farm

If it had been solely up to me, we’d only grow flowers at our farm… but Steve is such an animal-lover, and really has the more brave and adventurous heart in our relationship!

This summer when an acquaintance could no longer care for their small flock of sheep, he used our cooler truck to go pick them up in Snohomish County and now we get to enjoy these amazing sweeties.

They trust him, follow him faithfully, and they’re slowing warming up to the rest of us, too.

Having them here adds so much to our farm life (along with the American Guinea Hogs and their current dozen piglets, our ducks, chickens, and farm cats!), especially to our youngest visitors. It takes time to take care of them, but they more than make up for it with the hilarity and laughter they bring us with their crazy antics!
