Farming and flowering in the beautiful state of Kentucky, Lauren Spencer with @browningsflowertruck is a Coast Guard veteran, native Californian who left Puerto Rico to pursue a new beginning in Agriculture. Take one look at her feed to see that this girl has not let the grass grow under her feet, but wholeheartedly splashed into the Farmer florist world. We are overjoyed to invite her to our Dahlia Camp as a scholarship winner!
Abigail Souza @ak_mommy_abi is the scholarship winner for our Farmer-florist Camp. She has had the fantastic experience of caretaking fields of glorious peonies at Alaska Flower Farm in Sterling, Alaska, and aspires to establish her own flower farm/floristry business, including a landscape design arm that would utilize native Alaskan plants. We are delighted to bring her combination of solid experience and future dreams to Flower Camp this summer!
